EXPRESSIVE COLOR - SYMBOLIC ABSTRACTION - ORGANIC PATTERN

My intuitive painting process has been a key to my life as an artist. Art has the power to heal and many times in my life I have utilized this power to soften what life provides. I start with a color palette and from there, with mark making and trust, I let the shape and form come to life.

I like to think that my paintings create themselves with my hands being guided.

I am inspired by nature, memory, energy and emotion. My artworks reveal a world of abstract botanicals, flowing lines, starry spaces, organic patterns, and blooming forms. You’ll often find echoes of leaves, petals, rain, constellations, seeds, and landscapes woven into the imagery. These motifs appear intuitively, almost like whispers from the natural world, guiding my hand as the painting builds.
